Prolific movie maker, Chico Ejiro, is still basking in the euphoria of his award. Ejiro’s latest movie, When Dreams Fall Apart, it would be recalled, was recently adjudged The Best Nigerian Movie at the Abuja International Film Festival. Commenting on the triumph of the flick, he attributed it to its superior quality and outstanding story line. “I feel great and happy about the award. I thank my wife, Joy for her support; she’s also the producer and I also thank Damijo Young, the assistant director. Likewise Uche Jombo, Emmanuel Mensah and Vincent Opurum. All the artistes that took part in it”. When Dreams Fall Apart focuses on the tripartite issues of child abuse, love and murder. It was shot in the city of Lagos and has continued to be showered with encomiums by all those who have seen it.
