Exactly two days after raiding the Ikoyi, Lagos homes of Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, a Minister of State for Defence under ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, June 17, 2016, officially wrote to Obanikoro, inviting his two sons, Jide and Gbolahan, for questioning.
The letter, dated June 15 and signed by one Kanu Idagu, on behalf of EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu, said it’s in connection with a case in which their names featured. They’ve also been asked to report at the office of anti-graft agency on Wednesday, June 22.
