From the stable of Unilever, Knorr shows love to kids as they celebrate World Food Day with school children at Government College, Agege, Lagos on Friday, October 16, giving out cooked meals and stressing that Knorr is iron-fortified.
Omotola Jalade Ekheinde who made a formal appearance as the Mother Ambassador for the Knorr brand upheld the #SHAREAMEAL trend to distribute the well packed meals to the children. Before dancing and sharing a meal with them, she and the Knorr Chef competition winner gave three cooking tips on how to toss, stir, and crumble.
To toss vegetables into whatever that is cooking, even stew and stir it together and then crumble the iron- fortified Knorr cube inside. Speaking on the brand’s uniqueness, the sultry actress confirmed, “I love food…it is not about how much you eat, it is the quality that matters. Knorr has an added advantage because it has iron which is good for the body.” Knorr fed 2000 school children in the Agege axis alone and 3000 in the Ikeja axis as well.
