Afrika Shrine, situated in the Agidingbi, Ikeja area of Lagos and owned by Afrobeat king, Femi Kuti and his sister, Yemi, has temporarily shut their doors to customers.
Afrobeat lovers used to converge there every week to catch their fun. The Shrine is also a major tourist attraction for many. The likes of France President, Emmanuel Macron; Grammy Awards winner, Seal and Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Anthony Joshua were all there during their last visit to Nigeria.
