The dynamic entertainment organization with a niche for creativity, Fanafillit Integrated Concepts is set to introduce another annual life-impacting project titled GLOWFUX.
The organization which is known for its passion to impact positively on the society, especially through the younger generation is posed to berth GLOWFUX, annual end of the year charity event in Ikorodu division with the aim of reaching out primarily to the less privileged and folks in the orphanage.
The project GLOWFUX “Giving Love With Fun 4 Xmas” which is designed to be an event classified as ‘taking the Christmas party to the downtrodden’ would entail special Christmas party on every Christmas day at motherless babies homes, rehabilitation centres etc where various activities ranging from performances by talented Music, Dance, and Comedy acts with bits of fashion exhibition will be the order of the day.
According to the organizers, the common belief that end of the year yuletides (especially Christmas) signifies a reunion and homecoming period for loved ones amongst friends and families; however, the Christmas is usually a sad period for folks in orphanage and other charity homes as they usually look forward to having their wishes come true, such as having folks visit them or take them out for Christmas celebration, spurred the conceptualization of GLOWFUX idea to address the need to make Christmas season a worthy celebration time for folks regarded as less privileged.
Speaking further on the project, the Team’s Operations Leader who is the Coordinator of #GLOWFUX2016, Mr. Adesola Ezekiel Adeleke posited that “What we intend to achieve with this idea is to let people see that they can always have memorable Christmas outing with their loved ones at these charity homes, and catch their fun by dancing to good music, playing games, laughing to rib-cracking jokes, and above all, sharing a token of love with the less privileged.”
This year edition of GLOWFUX which is the maiden edition is billed to hold at Divine Heritage Children centre, Ginti/Elepe, along Ijede road. Commencing from 12 noon. Admission is free.
All Fanafillit music, dance and comedy as well as modelling acts are lined up to render special performances to entertain guests and visitors to the Children centre. Amongst activities lined up for the day is rendition of special Christmas carol by entire Fanafillit talents, games for adults and children, sharing of gifts in the spirit of love, foods and drinks, group photographs, presentation of relief/support items to the centre amongst other things.
The organizers urges the general public to be part of the project by not only attending the event but also come along with gift items and relief materials such as clothing, beverages, food items and any other forms of support for the orphanage.
