Audacious businessman and founder of Daar Communications Plc, comprising AIT and Raypower, High Chief Raymond Alegho Dokpesi, is now free from the grip of coronavirus.
Dokpesi, it would be recalled, may have contracted the dreaded virus from his son, Raymond Dokpesi, Jnr. And to compound his case, his daughter in-law, Tosin and grand children were also affected.
Many, especially his admirers and family members had panicked then as they were all quarantined and being treated at one of the COVID-19 isolation centres in Abuja.
The good news emanating from his end, however, is that he’s recovered. One of his former staff, Lara Wise, now a media aide to Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, broke the news on her Facebook page. Hear her:
‘Raymond Dokpesi , two grandchildren recover from Coronavirus.
‘Praise God!
One by one,
Everyone will be discharged.
‘I was scared when my Chairman tested positive to Covid.
Considering his age, my heart panicked.
But as usual, all one can do is pray when situations like this try to overwhelm.
‘I am super excited and grateful to God for the recoveries across the world and for the blessedness of patients reuniting with their families.
‘Glory to God 🤸♂️🤸♂️🤸♂️🤸♂️‘.
