Fuji music lord, Wasiu Ayinde Anifowoshe, aka K1 de Ultimate, was on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, thoroughly quizzed by detectives from the Department of Criminal Investigations, Eleweran Command Headquarters, in Ogun State.
The popular Fuji musician, thereafter, was granted bail. His visit to Eleweran which lasted for about 6 hours was in connection with the alleged shooting of Azeez Kofoworola, a Business Education student of Olabisi Onabanjo University, in Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, on Saturday, October 10, at a hotel where he performed.
Miss Kofoworola was said to be sitting inside an unregistered Honda Accord car belonging to Hassan Afeez, an officer of the Nigerian Civil Defence Corps, when she was hit by a stray bullet allegedly fired by one of the musician’s security men. And to save her life, some of those who were around immediately rushed her to the General Hospital, Ijebu Ode, where she was admitted and treated.
Of course, K1 and his team have vehemently denied this. But notwithstanding, the Eleweran Command Headquarters insisted that he must report in their office, which he eventually did yesterday. Having jetted out of the country immediately after the show.
