Petite comedian, Rugged Pastor, is making serious waves in the garden city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The Ikwerre boy dazzled ceaselessly on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Isaac Boro Park, in PH. It was during the Workers’ Day celebration and not even the State’s Deputy Governor, Engr. Tele Ikuru could resist applauding him for bringing out the laughter in all of them.
