installed over two decades ago, lived for peace and would be

death has left a big vacuum that would be hard to fill considering his
sincerity, stable and patriotic nature. His Royal Highness was an
embodiment of nobility. He was selfless and progressive in all his
undertakings in life. He worked for the unity of our country”, Saraki
stated.
Saraki also described the late Wada as a fine parliamentarian and
foremost public servant, whose service to the nation was exemplary.
“I admire the person of late Alhaji Inuwa Wada. As a veteran
parliamentarian, he was one of the founding fathers who risked all for
the survival and independence of Nigeria and till death, he remained
committed to the course of a greater and prosperous Nigeria”.
While praying that the Almighty God should grant the souls of the
departed elder-statesmen eternal rest, Saraki urged the governments
of Benue and Kano States to immortalize the two senior citizens.
